Foothill Oak Elementary School was founded in 2004. Foothill Oak believes that every student has their genius and strives to help students develop their leadership skills. We believe in the 7 Habits of Highly Effective Kids and was recognized in 2021 as a Lighthouse School by Franklin R. Covey. Foothill Oak has been a Kindness Certified School for multiple years. In 2022, FHO was selected as a Community School within Vista Unified.
